How do I restore my Pro purchase?

iOS: Settings → Restore Purchases. Android: Main menu → Pro version → Restore. Make sure you're signed into the same account used for the original purchase.

The game is running slowly or crashing

Try closing and restarting the app. If the problem persists, restart your device. For older devices, try using smaller board sizes. On Android, clear the app cache in Settings.

How do I play online with friends?

Use "Network Game" from the main menu. One player hosts and shares a QR code, others scan it to join. Both devices must be on the same WiFi network. Camera permission is required for QR scanning.

What's included with Vertex Pro?

Pro version removes all advertisements and provides unlimited gameplay. Future updates will include premium themes and advanced AI opponents.

How do I join the Android beta test?

Click the "Join Android Beta" button above, then click "Become a tester" on Google Play. After joining, search for "Vertex: Dotgrid" in the Play Store to download the beta version.

Are AI difficulty levels available?

Currently, the AI plays at a single balanced difficulty level. Multiple difficulty options (Easy, Medium, Hard) will be added in a future update based on player feedback.

Haptic feedback not working (Android)

Check that vibration is enabled in your device settings and that the haptic feedback toggle is on in the game settings. Some devices may have limited vibration support.

Can I get a refund?

iOS: Contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: Visit Google Play Store → Your purchases → Find the app → Request refund.
